Day 12-13: Operation Flat Stomach

Day 12-13 Check In…

No visit to the gym. No ab workout.
Today I celebrate having the courage to share that I’m perfectly imperfect and my body is tired after travelling and returning to work and it’s OK.

I haven’t lost sight of my goal and I will be back tomorrow… But this post… This post is to let you know that sometimes… We need to embrace our courage and love ourselves anyway…
